Services
Free Set-Up Reviews
We offer a free analysis of your current Power Church Plus or Power Church Online software. We will send you a report on our findings and recommendations, as well as an estimate on how long it would take us to restructure or set-up your Power Church for you.
Compliance
Most churches do not have the good fortune to have a knowledgeable Human Resource person on staff. We can help you be and stay in compliance.
We can also assist you in creating an Operations Manual for your church.
Training on-site at your location
We are available to be at your location physically for as long as you need us. We do not require a minimum number of hours, you are in control of your training and how much you require. We believe in training you first on what you need to know to do your work.
Training Online
This is one of the most popular options. This is not a canned presentation, rather it is customized to your needs. Whether you only want 30 minutes, 1 hour, or more, we can help you in bite size pieces giving you time to perfect what you have learned before moving on to the next topic.
We work by appointment and can help days/evenings/weekends, whatever works best for you.
Monthly Financial Reviews
These usually only take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. We log on with you and review the month’s work and reports.
If we identify an error we teach you not only how to correct it but also how to avoid it in the future.
You can then save or print your reports for finance meetings and such.
Third Party Financial and Procedural Reviews.
We are NOT CPAs. However, if you do not need a “certified audit,” our Third Party Financial Reviews are incredibly in-depth, they usually take between 3-5 days and we furnish you with a bound report for your records. We know this software inside and out and can easily isolate and identify problem areas.
Our reports not only confirm your actual financial standing but also cover procedural recommendations.
Finances Done for you
Sometimes it is not possible to hire staff, find volunteers, or even just find the time to take care of the financial side of your operations.
We have a skilled team who can log in with a secure remote software and actually:

- Record your contributions for you
- Record and/or print your checks right on your printer ready for you to sign
- Run your Payroll and take care of the reporting for you, as well as issuing 1099s and W2s.
- Reconcile your bank statements and print the financial reports, to get your ready for your meetings.
